Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically conductive adhesive film suitably used for a multi-junction type solar battery which can effectively utilize sunlight of a near-infrared region, and a multi-junction type solar battery using the electrically conductive adhesive film.SOLUTION: The electrically conductive adhesive film is used for connecting between solar battery cells of a mechanical stack type solar battery, and contains insulative adhesive and electrically conductive particles. The electrically conductive particles are particles which include Ti-added indium oxide containing 0.003-0.120 Ti at an atom ratio of Ti/In at least in an outer layer, and/or particles which include W-added indium oxide containing 0.001-0.17 W at an atom ratio of W/In in at least an outer layer.
