Abstract:
To provide a mat material which is formed by winding a band around a lamination mat in which multiple mats are laminated and enables reduction of a generation amount of decomposition gas.SOLUTION: A mat material 10 includes: a lamination mat 20 formed by laminating mats 21, 22 including inorganic fibers and having a rectangular shape when viewed in a plan view; and a belt 30 wound around the lamination mat 20.
