Abstract:
To further enhance antibacterial and antiviral performance by avoiding performance deterioration of an antibacterial and antiviral material due to insufficient binding between an active ingredient and a base material.SOLUTION: An antibacterial and antiviral material having antibacterial and antiviral activity that is at least one of antibacterial activity and antiviral activity includes: porous silica having mesopores; and a surfactant having the antibacterial and antiviral activity.
