Abstract:
To suppress damage of a drive mechanism caused by transfer of a load applied to a head support part, to the drive mechanism for driving the head support part.SOLUTION: An apparatus for medical care includes a head support part for supporting a patient head, and a rotor pressed onto an interlocking part linked to the head support part, for changing an attitude of the head support part by performing rotational drive. When a load is applied from a part other than the rotor to the head support part, slip occurs between the interlocking part and the rotor, to thereby change the attitude of the head support part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
