To provide a medical information processor that prevents an oversight of an order to update.SOLUTION: A medical information processor 1 has a detection function 112, an extraction function 113, and a control function 114. The detection function 112 acquires information of change of diagnosis information of a patient, and the extraction unit 113 acquires information of an order that has been issued to a patient. The control function 114 displays an update candidate of the content of the issued order to a terminal 10 of a person in charge of diagnosis of the patient on the basis of the information of the change.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
