Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide effective means for therapy, suppressing metastasis, and suppressing recurrence of a human solid cancer.SOLUTION: A therapeutic agent of a solid cancer contains an anti CD4 antibody having high cytotoxic activity, or an anti CD4 antibody to which a cytotoxin component is bonded or its antigen-binding fragment as an active ingredient, in which the anti CD4 antibody is a human-type chimeric antibody, a humanized antibody or a human antibody to a human CD4. The therapeutic agent exerts more excellent effect by combined use with an antagonist or an agonist to an immune checkpoint molecule, a low molecular anticancer agent or the like. Further, the therapeutic agent is also effective for suppressing recurrence and metastasis of the solid cancer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
