Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism capable of easily preparing necessary conference material for a conference participant who cannot receive electrically-transmitted conference material.SOLUTION: A conference material distribution program causes a computer to function as: transmission means that electrically transmits conference material to one or more destinations; confirmation means that confirms, for each destination, whether the electrically-transmitted conference material has been received; and printing means that prints the conference material on a paper medium in accordance with the number of destinations whose reception of the conference material cannot be confirmed.
