To provide a member provided with a film like body using zinc enriched paint and having high corrosion resistance, a method of manufacturing the same, a coating material composition, a reaction type chemical conversion liquid, and a finish treatment liquid for manufacturing the same.
The member provided with the film-like body includes a base material, a zinc based plated layer formed on the surface of the base material, a film-like anti-oxidation layer formed on the zinc based plated layer to prevent the oxidation or hydrolysis of a material constituting the zinc based plated layer, and a coating film comprising the coating material composition formed on the anti-oxidation layer and containing metal powder and a binder component. The coating material composition applied on the anti-oxidation layer preferably contains 0.05-50 mass% organosilicon composition, 0.05-50 mass% organotitanate compound, 20-60 mass% metal powder of one or more kinds selected from a group comprising zinc powder, zinc alloy powder, aluminum powder and an aluminum alloy powder and 10-60 mass% organic solvent based on the total composition.
