PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a menu selection system and a program that can reduce time and labor for a user to consider a menu.SOLUTION: A menu selection system 1 comprises a first acquisition unit 22, a second acquisition unit 23, and a selection unit 25. The first acquisition unit 22 acquires user information on a user from the inside of a dwelling 10 via a communication unit 21. The second acquisition unit 23 acquires weather information on weather around the dwelling 10 of the user from the outside of the dwelling 10 (here, a second server 54) via the communication unit 21. The selection unit 25 selects a recommended menu from a plurality of menus on the basis of the acquired user information and weather information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
