Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commodity information provision system that impresses a commodity on a purchaser so as to improve the purchaser's inclination for purchasing the commodity by utilizing visual perception or five perceptions other than auditory perception.SOLUTION: A commodity information provision system includes at least a multi-electric display device that impresses a commodity on a purchaser. The multi-electric display device includes a control unit that controls the entire device, a display that displays moving image and generates sounds, a visual stimulus unit that gives a visual stimulus, an auditory stimulus unit that gives an auditory stimulus, an olfactory stimulus unit that gives an olfactory stimulus, and a monitoring unit that monitors and senses a purchaser's action. Based on the purchaser's action information acquired by the monitoring unit, a moving picture and sounds of a display are switched, and one or more of the contents of a visual stimulus given to the purchaser from the visual stimulus unit, the contents of an auditory stimulus given from the auditory stimulus unit, and the contents of an olfactory stimulus given from the olfactory stimulus unit are modified.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
