Abstract:
To provide an exercise device that can reduce rubbing noise emitted when a user exercises with jiggling, and to provide a projection member assembled to an exercise device and a method for fitting a projection member to a base part in an exercise device.SOLUTION: An exercise device 1 includes: a body part 4 having a circular arc part 4b and rotating over a predetermined range when a user moves both legs up and down alternately; and a recess part formed in the circular arc part 4b of the body part 4 and a projection member 3 fitted into the recess part. The body part 4 is made of wood, while a projection part-side contact surface in which the projection member 3 comes into contact with the recess part is made of a plastic resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
