Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for determining the risk of occurrence of skin blotches or freckles with accuracy, by identifying a gene having a high correlation with blotches and the like, and a method for selecting cosmetics based on the result of determination.SOLUTION: A method for determining the probability of occurrence of blotches or freckles in skin of the yellow race, includes detecting single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) for a subject in any gene of the following gene group.
