Abstract:
To provide an infrared light cutting filter improved in heat resistance and resistance to a peeling liquid, a filter for solid-state imaging element, a solid-state imaging element, and a method of manufacturing the filter for solid-state imaging element.SOLUTION: An infrared light cutting filter 13 includes: a cyanine dye including polymetine, a cation having two heterocycles each located at both terminals of the polymethine and including nitrogen, and a tris(pentafluoroethyl)trifluorophosphoric acid; and a copolymer. The copolymer is represented by formula (1), and includes a first repeating unit derived from an acryl monomer including a cyclic ether group and a second repeating unit derived from a monomer including a function group reacting on the cyclic ether group.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
