This is a manufacturing method of a solid electrolyte structure for the all-solid battery in which a sheet laminate 11 is obtained by laminating a second green sheet 13 in which a solid electrolyte of powder shape and a pore-forming agent are formed in a sheet shape on at least one surface of a first green sheet 12 in which the solid electrolyte of powder shape is formed in a sheet shape, and by calcining the sheet laminate 11 so obtained, a solid electrolyte porous body consisting of the second green sheet 13 is adhered and integrally formed on at least one surface of a solid electrolyte dense body consisting of the first green sheet 12.
