To provide a method for manufacturing a woody resin foam molding, the woody resin foam molding manufactured by the manufacturing method, and a floor material using the woody resin foam molding excelling in thermal dimensional stability without increasing a production process, and reducing a difference between thermal dimensional stability in a take-up direction and thermal dimensional stability in the width direction of a base material.
A woody resin foam material formed by melting and foaming a woody resin composition containing at least thermoplastic resin, a woody filler and a foaming agent, is extruded from a die 11 and allowed to pass through a slide sizing die 14 for molding, and a nonwoven fabric 13 formed of thermoplastic resin of the same kind as the thermoplastic resin is allowed to pass between the woody resin foam material and the slide sizing die 14. The nonwoven fabric 13 is thereby laminated on the surface of the woody resin foam material, and is integrally molded with the woody resin foam molding S.
