Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to show radiation source information when displaying a radiation distribution.SOLUTION: In the present invention, particles U indicating radiation, the number of which corresponds to the intensity of the radiation, is moved and displayed in the direction of the radiation within evaluation point meshes G dividing a space. Such a display mode makes it possible to recognize the intensity of radiation from the number of the particles U, and also makes it possible to recognize the position of a radiation source from the direction of movement of the particles U. By expressing the number of the particles U indicating the radiation as an exponential function, a change in the number N of the particles is made large with respect to the intensity of the radiation, making it easy for a user to recognize the intensity of radiation, which is preferable. Additionally, the positions where the particles U indicating radiation are generated and the time when they are generated are made random within each evaluation point mesh G, thereby making its display look natural, which is preferable.
