Abstract:
The present invention provides a manufacturing method of liquid crystal resin composition for reducing the generation of black spots, liquid crystal resin composition with less content of black spots, and the apparatus for manufacturing liquid crystal resin composition with less content of black spots. During the melt compounding of liquid crystal resin with filler to manufacture liquid crystal resin composition, a biaxial extruder is used that has a liquid crystal resin supply port disposed at the upstream end part of the extrusion direction, and an ejection mold disposed at the downstream end part of the extrusion direction. Between the liquid crystal resin supply port and the ejection mold is disposed a filler supply port, at farther downstream side than the filler supply port is provided a first opening part. Meanwhile, within the steel tube of the biaxial extruder, a plasticizing part is disposed at the upstream side of the filler supply port, and a first compounding zone with feeding compounding elements is downstream disposed with the upstream end part of the filler supply port as the starting point. The compounding part of the biaxial extruder is disposed at the interval from the downstream end part of the first compounding zone to the upstream end part of the first opening part.
