Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color matching device capable of changing a color of exiting light.SOLUTION: A color matching device 1 includes: a light guide body 21 having an incident surface 21a on which light from a light source is made incident and a scattering surface 21b for scattering light made incident from the incident surface 21a and propagated in its inside and configured to emit light scattered on the scattering surface 21b; a refraction factor change layer 22 arranged so as to be in contact with the light guide body 21 on the scattering surface 21b and capable of changing a refraction factor in accordance with an applied voltage; two transparent electrodes 25, 26 arranged oppositely to each other through the refraction factor change layer 22; and a controller 12 capable of changing a color of light exiting from the light guide body 21 by applying voltage between the two transparent electrodes 25, 26 and adjusting the voltage.
