Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for introducing a molecule of interest, the method being capable of efficiently introducing various kinds of target molecules into target cell or target tissues; and to provide an introduction apparatus used therefor.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, there is provided a method for introducing a molecule of interest into a target cell or target tissue, the method comprising: contacting a liquid containing the molecule of interest with a target cell or target tissue; and heating and cooling the cell including the cell, thereby efficiently introducing the molecule of interest into the target cell or target tissue. Furthermore, the method efficiently introduces a molecule of interest into a molecule or tissue of interest by causing an electrostatic discharge from a single or plurality of electrodes 1 provided apart from the liquid, and allows a chemical substance 3 or the like to accelerate an efficient introduction of the molecule of interest into the target cell or target tissue.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
