PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing server, an access point, an information providing system, an information providing method, an information sharing method, an information providing program and an information sharing program capable of allowing a user to provide a piece of information relevant to an abnormal status to user terminals even under a state in which the user terminal cannot access to a network due to influences of the abnormal status.SOLUTION: A disaster information server 2 in an information providing system 1 includes: an access point identification section 28 that identifies a near access point as an access point which is installed in a second area located near a first area as an area where an abnormal status has occurred; a sharing information acquisition section 26 that acquires a piece of sharing information to be shared by the users relevant to the abnormal status in the first area and the second area; and a providing information generation section 23 that generates a piece of providing information to be provided to the user terminals by the access point based on the sharing information acquired by the sharing information acquisition section 26.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
