Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an oily cosmetic that can readily bring about a change in color tone through a light rubbing of the cosmetic coating film at a desired timing, and that exhibits a good scrubbing effect or massaging effect. The present invention is an oily cosmetic comprising pigment-containing particles (a) wherein all or a portion of the external color of the pigment is masked and a water-soluble scrubbing agent (b) having a particle diameter of 50-600 μm, the oily cosmetic being characterized in that the content of the water-soluble scrubbing agent (b) is 2-20% by mass with reference to the overall amount of the cosmetic and the (b) to (a) content ratio, [(b)/(a)], is at least 0.5 and less than 2.5.
