Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink composition for oil-based ball point pen which is excellent in ink temporal stability, ink sagging performance and writing quality, is also excellent in light resistance, and makes handwriting thick, and to provide an oil-based ball point pen refill using the same.SOLUTION: There is provided an oil-based ball point pen refill which has a ball point pen chip rotatably holding a ball mounted on a tip of an ink storage cylinder, and stores an ink composition for oil-based ball point pen containing a coloring agent, an organic solvent and a resin in the ink storage cylinder, where an arithmetic average roughness of the ball surface is 0.1-15 nm, and the ink composition for oil-based ball point pen contains a salt-forming dye of an acidic metal-containing dye and amine having an aromatic ring as a coloring agent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
