Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent trapping or expulsion caused by automatic closing of an opening/closing body device.SOLUTION: The present invention installs human sensing sensors 14 and 34 for detecting whether or not a person exists in a one predetermined area which is either a front or rear of an opening, that is, in a garage where trapping can occur or in a veranda 35 where expulsion can occur, and does not execute closing operation when these human sensing sensors 14 and 34 are sensing the presence of a person. Thus, in the case of a building having an opening/closing device that automatically closes based on remote control from an outside place or data such as meteorological information, it is possible to effectively prevent unexpected, automatic closing of a shutter and resulting expelling or trapping of an inhabitant.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
