Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening-closing cover and an image forming apparatus, in which labor, time and costs required to repair the cover are relatively small, when the opening-closing cover is briskly opened so that large force is applied to a relaxing-stretching member and breakage is caused to the opening-closing cover.SOLUTION: An opening-closing cover 50 includes: a shaft part 51 (a retention part) for making the opening-closing cover 50 retain one end side in a relaxing-stretching direction of a string-like member 53 (a relaxing-stretching member); and a support part 52 arranged on the opening-closing cover 50 so that the string-like member 53 in a stretched state when opened is supported by being flexed between the shaft part 51 and the other end side in the relaxing-stretching direction. Further, the support part 52 is formed so as to be removably arranged relative to the opening-closing cover 50 by elastically deforming.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
