PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize reaction of mineral concentrate in a reaction shaft.SOLUTION: From a lance at an upper part of a shaft part, first gas contributing to dispersion and reaction of raw material passing through a first flow passage inside a passage for raw material, is discharged in a horizontal direction from a first height; and second gas contributing to reaction of raw material passing through a second flow passage inside the passage for raw material is discharged in an oblique direction crossing the horizontal direction and a vertical direction from a second height not higher than the first height.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
