To provide an ophthalmologic apparatus that allows an amount of operation force of an operation member to be adjusted easily by a simple improvement.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic apparatus includes: a trestle supported so as to make a relative movement in a horizontal direction with respect to a base; an ophthalmologic apparatus body provided on the top face of the trestle; an operation member provided at a position shifted from the ophthalmologic apparatus body in one direction of the horizontal direction on the top face of the trestle for moving the trestle in the horizontal direction by receiving a moving operation for moving the trestle in the horizontal direction and transmitting the force of the moving operation to the trestle; a projection provided to the operation member that projects to the base from the undersurface of the trestle opposite to the top face of the trestle; a contact surface provided on the top face of the base with which the projection comes in contact; a weight supported so as to move along a parallel direction parallel to one direction on at least one of the top face of the trestle and the undersurface of the trestle; and a position adjusting mechanism for adjusting the position in one direction of the weight.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
