Abstract:
To provide an optical keyboard capable of optically detecting depression quantities of a plurality of push buttons using aggregated light sources and an aggregated light receiving element group.SOLUTION: An optical keyboard comprises button modules each of which includes: a push button having a protrusion; and a package that houses the push button in a state where the protrusion can project from a hole. The optical keyboard is configured so that at least a part of the protrusion and at least a part of the outer side of the package are different in light scattering characteristic or fluorescence characteristic, and so that the larger a depression quantity of the push button is, the further the protrusion projects from the package.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
