Abstract:
To provide an optical unit that can turn on or turn off a filter without increasing the size of a device or of a movable body.SOLUTION: An optical unit 10 includes: a movable body 14 having an optical module 12; a fixed body 16; a supporting mechanism 20 for supporting the movable body 14 to the fixed boy 16 swingably; and a filter 40a, which can move between a containing position P1 and a facing position P2, the containing position being a position that does not face an object side of the optical module 12 in a direction of an optical axis and the facing position being a position that faces the object side of the optical module 12 in the direction of the optical axis.
