Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical writing apparatus and an image forming apparatus capable of preventing resonance of the body of the optical writing apparatus while avoiding the deformation of the body.SOLUTION: An optical writing apparatus 42 includes an optical writing apparatus body 56 and a carrying part 106 to carry the optical writing apparatus body 56. The optical writing apparatus body 56 comprises: a substrate 58 having a plurality of light emission parts to emit light arranged in a longitudinal direction; a convergence member 60 to converge light from the light emission parts on the substrate 58; a body part 62 to support the substrate 58 and the convergence member 60; a plurality of positioning parts 168, 170 arranged in a longitudinal direction of the body part 62; and a fixing part 174 to fix the positioning part 170, one selected from the positioning parts 168, 170, to the carrying part 106.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
