Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fermentation system which dissolves defective fermentation in organic waste disposable of garbage or the like in a fermentation treatment apparatus of organic waste provided with an openable fermentation tank.SOLUTION: A fermentation treatment system 1 of organic waste M includes: a fermentation tank 10 configured such that a vent hole is formed on a bottom surface part and air can be supplied to organic waste M; an agitation device 12 provided movably to an arbitrary place in a longitudinal direction of the fermentation tank 10 with a moving carriage on an open end part of the fermentation tank 10; and a movable supply hopper 20 which is provided on an open end part of the fermentation tank 10, loads organic waste F undergoing advanced fermentation and can move to an arbitrary place in the longitudinal direction of the fermentation tank 10 with the moving carriage. Therein, the organic waste disposal system 1 moves the movable supply hopper 20 which loads the organic waste F undergoing advanced fermentation to a place of a deposition height L lower than a predetermined deposition height of the organic waste M and supplies the organic waste F undergoing advanced fermentation until reaching the predetermined deposition height H.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
