Abstract:
To provide an overhead module that can further improve comfort of a vehicle and safety of the vehicle.SOLUTION: The overhead module is configured to comprise cameras 20R and 30L as sensors 20 for detecting a state of an occupant and microphones 31R and 31L, lighting devices 40R and 40L, acoustic devices 41R and 41L and aroma diffusers 42R and 42L as external stimulus applicators 21 that apply external stimuli to the occupant, and a control device 22 that controls the external stimulus applicators 21 on the basis of detected results by the sensors 20, which are integrally mounted on a ceiling of a vehicle interior. The overhead module is modularized to be arranged in the vicinity of the head of the occupant, which can effectively perform sensing of the occupant and stimuli to the occupant by the external stimulus applicators 21 and eliminate the necessity of drawing wiring into the vehicle and suppress occurrence of noise of an electric system.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
