Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning jig to precisely assemble it in a prescribed position when a spacer is assembled on a face plate or a rear plate of a flat image forming device using an electron source by accompanying a heating process, and a positioning method of the image forming device by this positioning jig.
SOLUTION: In an assembling jig 3, plural paper strip-shaped divided plates 4 and 5 having a notch to insert a spacer in a prescribed position on a lengthwise directional end surface, are constituted by combining them in parallel with each other, and a short directional width is set almost in the same with an arranging interval of the corresponding spacer 2, and a notch part becomes a posture hole 4d to hold the spacer 2. The paper strip-shaped divided plates are manufactured by a raw material having a thermal expansion coefficient almost equal to a face plate or a rear plate.
