Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container-packed jelly beverage, which is a type for shaking a container to break the jelly and drinking, capable of being drunk off by the end with preventing the content from attaching to a wall surface or a bottom of a container after drinking.SOLUTION: There is provided a container-packed jelly beverage of which jelly in a package becomes flow state by shaking the container before opening, containing (A) milk, (B) soybean polysaccharide, (C) agar, (D) locust bean gum and (E) xanthan gum and has the content of the soybean polysaccharide of 0.1 to 0.5 mass%, the content of the agar of 0.1 to 0.2 mass%, the content of the locust bean gum of 0.1 to 0.25 mass%, the content of the xanthan gum of 0 to 0.025 mass% in the beverage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
