Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission pad and a non-contact power transmission system that can secure a load resistant power which is equal to or higher than that of conventional ones, and reduce the weight more greatly than the conventional ones.SOLUTION: In a power transmission pad (15, 21), windings L1, L2 are formed of one or more Litz wires Li whose gaps are impregnated with first resin, and a mold portion which cover a core 21c and the windings L1, L2 and molded of second resin having higher viscosity than the first resin is provided. The gap of the Litz wire Li (windings L1, L2) are impregnated with the first resin, so that occurrence of bubbles under vacuum defoaming can be prevented and the first resin can be cured while keeping the figuration. The core 21c and the Litz wire Li are molded of the second resin, and thus the power transmission pad has load resistant power which is equal to or higher than a conventional one. Neither aggregate nor filler is required, and thus the weight of the whole body can be reduced more greatly than the conventional one.
