PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel structure and an assembly method thereof that enable a panel to be arranged in a desired posture to suit an inclination of a scaffold, the panel structure comprising a plurality of panels used as a fall-off prevention side wall at an edge part of the scaffold.SOLUTION: A panel structure comprises a plurality of panels used as a fall-off prevention side wall at an edge part of a scaffold, and includes: a plurality of panels arranged laterally next to each other; a frame body fitted on each of the panels to surround a periphery of the panel; a variable plate having an edge part fitted respectively on right and left sides of the frame body that face each other, top and bottom positions at the right and left edge parts of the variable plate being variable; and a guide rail fixed on the scaffold with an inclination to a horizontal direction, the guide rail holding the plurality of variable plates slidably. By varying the top and bottom positions of the right and left edge parts of the variable plate, an inclination angle of the variable plate to the horizontal direction may be adjusted to suit the inclination angle of the guide rail to the horizontal direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1B
