To provide a panel used for partitioning a space, which can provide freedom to a user.SOLUTION: A panel 1 comprises a panel main body 2, a magnet 4 provided in the panel main body 2, a stand 3 connected to the panel main body, and a magnet 3 provided in the stand 3. The panel main body 2 and the stand 3 are formed by a sound absorbing material. The panel main body 2 is detachably attached to the stand 3 by the magnet 4 and the magnet 5.
