Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire a three-dimensional surface shape data of all ground materials sprinkled on the conveyance surface of a belt conveyer and to accurately grasp the grain size of the ground material in a simple method and continuously in real time by utilizing the three-dimensional surface shape data.SOLUTION: Three-dimensional surface shape data of all ground material groups which pass an imaging object area by a 3D line laser camera within a specified time is acquired by utilizing a three-dimensional image processing facility, while the optimal threshold corresponding to each of a plurality of sieves having a different opening size for the sieve analysis is kept set. A ratio of the volume to the height equivalent to the optimum threshold from the conveyance surface of the belt conveyer to a total volume is calculated by the terminal device from the three-dimensional surface shape data as an accumulated passage rate (image volume rate), and after that, the accumulated passage rate calculated by the optimum threshold corresponding to each sieve is assumed to be the accumulated passage rate (weight rate) and thereby, estimating a grain size distribution curve (weight rate).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
