To provide a more convenient settlement system.SOLUTION: A second settlement information acquisition unit 101 of a service provider server 1 acquires second settlement information. A value conversion unit 102 executes the processing of converting a second value shown by second value information to a first value. A third settlement information provision unit 103 provides the first settlement information, first value information showing usage of the first value converted by the value conversion means, and customer information to a QR code (R) (a registered mark) settlement person server 5 as third settlement information. The QR code settlement person server 5 has a three settlement information acquisition unit 501 for acquiring the third settlement information.
