Abstract:
To provide a peeling device equipped with a configuration that is capable of efficiently, stably and reliably peeling fruit vegetables that have hard skin such as a pineapple, and is for peeling more safely and hygienically.SOLUTION: A peeling device includes: a peeler body 2 in which a first housing 21 provided with a fruit vegetable holder 161 and a second housing 22 provided with a peeler 101 are integrally formed by positioning an arrangement surface of the fruit vegetable holder 161 of the first housing 21 and an arrangement surface of the peeler 101 of the second housing 22 at right angles; and two legs 33 arranged opposite. There is provided an installation base 3 which bears the peeler body 2 rockably between a non-operation mode and an operation mode between the leg parts 33, 33 with a rocking horizontal axis 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
