PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal that can be operated even when a touch operation is not detected.SOLUTION: A portable telephone 10 includes a display 14 and a touch panel 16 that is provided on the display 14, and when the display 14 is turned off, a screen lock state is enabled. The portable telephone 10 has a voice recognition function and an utterance function, and a voice operation function using the functions.
