Abstract:
To provide a photosensitive colored composition to be used for a color filter of a solid-state image sensor, which has good heat resistance and fewer foreign substances and is suitable for forming a CF pixel by a photolithographic process, and a color filter and a solid-state image sensor using the composition.SOLUTION: The photosensitive colored composition to be used for a color filter of a solid-state image sensor comprises a colorant (A), a binder resin (B), a photopolymerization initiator (C), and a photopolymerizable monomer (D). The colorant (A) comprises at least one pigment (A1) selected from the group consisting of a diketopyrrolopyrrole pigment represented by chemical formula (1) and a diketopyrrolopyrrole pigment represented by general formula (2), and at least one organic pigment (A2) and/or a dye (a), in which the pigment (A1) is included by 20 mass% to 95 mass% with respect to the whole amount of the colorant (A).SELECTED DRAWING: None
