Abstract:
To provide a picking facility capable of facilitating a shipping work of an article to be shipped taken out of a storage part.SOLUTION: A picking facility comprises: a picking work part 3 where an operator performs picking work; a transport unit 6 for transporting a container for which picking work has been completed; and a controller for controlling the transport unit 6. In a picking work mode, the controller controls the transport unit so as to transport the container to the picking work part 3, controls a work instruction device so as to designate an object article, and controls the transport unit so as to transport the container for which the picking work has been completed from the picking work part to a regulated first area A1. In a shipping mode, the controller controls the work instruction device so as to designate an article 2U to be shipped, and controls the transport unit 6 so as to transport the article 2U to be shipped mounted on the transport unit 6 to a regulated second area A2 from the picking work part 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
