Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry grated konjak thin film piece, even in the case of directly ingested as a dry konjak, excellent in texture, also satisfactory in deglutition properties, further, utilizable even to ingestion by addition to beverages and food products, and high in utilization value as a water-insoluble dietary fiber, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: A mixture including a grated konjak and water is dried in a layer shape into a dry thin film, and, from the dry thin film, the thin film piece-shaped dry konjak is obtained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
