Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an electropneumatic converter capable of maintaining decided accuracy and excluding corrosive gas invaded from the outside.
CONSTITUTION: This electropneumatic converter is provided with an outside chamber 29 provided on the outside of an explosionproof vessel 23 and having a communicated hole 30 to the atmospheric pressure, a bleed hole 27 provided on the explosionproof vessel 23 and bleeding the air discharged from a nozzle 17 to the outside chamber 29 through an explosionproof gap or a flame arrestor fitted for an explosionproof guide, and a reference pressure introducing hole 28 provided on the explosionproof vessel 23 and bleeding the air in the reference pressure chamber of a pressure sensor 13 to the outside chamber 29 through an explosionproof gap or a flame arrestor.
