Abstract:
To solve the problem that there is the problem that ride comfort deteriorates in a method in which a cap tread rubber is softened to deteriorate spring characteristics in order to reduce road noise derived from a tire, where reduction of the road noise and improvement in ride comfort are inconsistent with each other.SOLUTION: A pneumatic tire has bead fillers 6 that include 40-70 pts.mass of carbon black whose nitrogen adsorption specific surface areas are 30-90 m2/g with respect to 100 pts.mass of diene system rubber including natural rubber and butadiene rubber, where a blending ratio of the natural rubber in the 100 pts.mass of diene system rubber is 40 pts.mass or less. 100% modulus (M100cap) of a cap tread rubber and 100% modulus (M100BF) of the bead filler satisfy a relational expression:(M100cap)×(M100BF)≤22MPa and a ratio of (a bead filler height BH)/(a tire cross section height SH) is 0.2-0.7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
