Abstract:
To provide a pneumatic tire with excellent rolling resistance in addition to a little load on the environment because an organic fiber cord is coated with an adhesive composition which contains no resorcinol.SOLUTION: A pneumatic tire includes an organic fiber cord coated with an adhesive composition including polyphenol and aldehyde. At least either of a side reinforcing rubber 9 and a bead filler 7 includes a rubber component and a carbon black, and the carbon black has a 5-40 m2/g nitrogen-adsorbing specific surface area and a 100-180 mL/100 g dibutyl phthalate absorption.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
