To provide a filling device capable of obtaining a high filling rate in a short time.SOLUTION: In a powder filling device having a pedestal 1, a vibration table 2 on which a formwork 6 is placed, vibration means 4 for imparting vibration to the powder stored in the formwork 6, and an elastic body 3 disposed between the vibration table 2 and the pedestal 1 to support the vibration table, a through hole 8 is formed in the vibration table 2, a descent restriction member 7 for regulating a descent position of the vibration table 2 is erected on an upper surface of the pedestal 1, the descent restriction member 7 is disposed to pass through the through hole 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
