Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a dust core using Fe-Si-Cr-based soft magnetic alloy powder, which is excellent in strength or the like; a coil component using the dust core; and a method for producing a dust core.SOLUTION: A dust core using Fe-Si-Cr-based soft magnetic alloy powder containing Fe, Si and Cr has a structure in which alloy phases of the Fe-Si-Cr-based soft magnetic alloy powder are joined together via an oxide phase containing Fe, Si and Cr. The oxide phase has a Si-Cr concentrated layer on a side of the alloy phases, the Si-Cr concentrated layer having a Si content and a Cr content by mass ratio greater than those of the alloy phases and having the total contents of Si and Cr grater than the content of Fe.
