Abstract:
The problem of the present invention is for a user to easily obtain the average value of unit prices of rate in a unit period even when a stepped rate system is adopted for a rate plan. This power management device (1) is provided with an acquisition unit (11), an amount of power calculation unit (121), a unit price storage unit (14), an average value calculation unit (122), and a notification unit (15). The amount of power calculation unit (121) calculates an accumulated amount of power supplied to an electric load (4) from when the unit period started, by using the data of the used amount of power acquired by the acquisition unit (11). The unit price storage unit (14) stores the data of the unit price of rate of a power rate. The average value calculation unit (122) calculates the average value of unit prices of rate in the unit period. The notification unit (15) notifies the information of the average value of unit prices of rate calculated by the average value calculation unit (122).
