Abstract:
To provide an electric conversion device capable of increasing cooling efficiency of a bus bar.SOLUTION: An electric conversion device comprises a semiconductor module 2, a cooler 3, and a plurality of bus bars 4. Each of the bus bars 4 is connected to a power terminal 22 of the semiconductor module 2. At least one bus bar 4 of the plurality of bus bars 4 is a bent bus bar 4having a bus bar main body part 41 and a bent part 42. The bus bar main body part 41 is arranged at a position overlapped with the cooler 3 when viewing it from a projection direction of the power terminal 22. The bent part 42 extends in a Z direction from the bus bar main body part 41, and is configured so that the bent part 42 and the cooler 3 are overlapped when viewing it from a thickness direction of the bent part 42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
